Dear all,
I've realized in many examples of this lottery scam that they request a transfer of certain amount of money to them within the e-mail. My father received an email but without a request of sorts.....they only want him to fill a form out and go over to Belgium to claim the prize.....now i don't know if the scam is to have my father travel from Lebanon to Belgium and spend money on the ticket or to have him go there and start paying more fees once he meets whomever he is supposed to meet....
can anyone help me out in this situation? It would be greatly appreciated....
